After Blake completed Law School and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association, he took a position as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 38th Judicial Circuit, consisting of Butler, Edmonson, Ohio and Hancock Counties. During his time as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, Blake was responsible in assisting the Commonwealth’s Attorney with the entire caseload for Butler and Edmonson Counties. Blake gained invaluable trial experience in his time as a prosecutor.

Blake joined the Firm of B. Alan Simpson in October of 2014. His focus is mainly on criminal matters, but he is also active on other types of cases for the firm, from child custody, divorce, personal injury and general litigation.
