JoAnne Byrnes is a resident of Glasgow, KY.  She has worked in the legal field since 1990. JoAnne loves talking to and helping people from all walks of life.  She has one daughter who attends Western Kentucky University. When she’s not at work she loves going to the lake, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
